Armed with small handycams undercover Video Journalists in Burma keep up the flow of news from their closed country despite risking torture and life in jail. Their material is smuggled out of Burma and broadcast back via satellite. Joshua, age 27, becomes tactical leader of a group of reporters, as Buddhist monks in September 2007 lead a massive uprising. Foreign TV crews are banned from the country, so its left to Joshua and his crew to keep the revolution alive on TV screens all over. As government intelligence understands the power of the camera, the vjs become their prime target.

I dont think the tyrants care that they will be remembered as evil thats the problem. You have to remember that these people who oppress so many dont care what other people and nations think of them. They are terrible people who dont deserve to be called humans

@myoutlee as a burmese, I know exactly what the video journalists are saying. if you think the translations is totally wrong, why don’t you tell me what they’re saying?

    That monks were not real.
They tried to make revolution with the support of the USA in my country like in Ukraine and Georgia.
    Long live to senior general.
Thanks for the support of China and Russian Federation.

What the military in Burma is doing is wrong!!! How can they think that this is the FUTURE for their children and grand children??

The Military dictators are unintelligent and stupid. If you hold down a hole society in the mud for a long time, you’re only creating problems for yourself and your family in the future.

The people who fought your will be remembered as heroes and you will be remembered as evil.

Your children will ask themselves: Why did my father, grandfather do this, why!

All what need USA and other is not a good life for citizens of Myanma, but only natural resources of Myanma. Like oil in Iraq etc

People of Myanma will be live much better with Than Shwe but without USA sanctions. That movie is just high quality propaganda for naive European people.

DAMN! Hope the US government…and the world…are aware of this and prepared to condemn the Burma military rule!! They are no different than the North Koreans or Iranians.

you can tell more people about this. and find out what your government’s investments in burma are. or private companies in your country. and ask them why are they supporting this brutal regime.
